My pivot story
I didn’t begin in UX, I started in data, translating metrics into dashboards and reports that made sense of complexity. But over time, I realized it wasn’t just the numbers that fascinated me, it was the people behind them.
Even before I knew what UX was, I was always analyzing human behavior. Quietly and curiously. I’ve always considered myself a bit of a psycho-analyst, the kind who silently observes people’s actions and unspoken patterns. While I chose a path in computers and analytics, my heart was always drawn toward psychology.

Halfway through 2024, I discovered UX, a field where both of my interests finally came together. It was like the missing piece clicked into place. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in learning: taking courses, joining organizations, and working on non-profit projects that let me connect with real users and real problems.

Beyond research, I enjoy serving others. I work well with different personalities, support my teams when workloads get heavy, and bring a multidisciplinary lens to my work, blending analytics, psychology, and strategy. My background in reporting tools such as Power BI, Python, and SQL helps me connect the dots between research, data, and implementation. The work gets easier when i can understand what designers, engineers or developers are building, and bridge the gap between users and the teams who serve them. As a researcher, I don’t just advocate for users — I also support the people building for them.
